Dust pink over coat by Cinzia Rocca

I love this ceremony outfits, suitable for any person over 50, in particular for an elegant, yet down to earth mother of the Bride or the Groom who is looking for an outfit with no frills, a dress where the high quality of fabric and tailoring speaks for itself.

My preferred wedding guest outfits

Osman

Giambattista Valli 1325 at Selfridges or Marches Fashion
This pink and red ombré-print dress is made from silk-chiffon, with a gathered neckline and

nipped-in waist that's in keeping with spring's 1970s vibe. Add a metallic clutch to make

the painterly pattern really pop.

Reiss - £189
  • Reiss netting overlay dress. In a voguish night navy hue, the Aisha dress marries chic style with a directional aesthetic. Nipping in gently at the waist and flaring out at the skirt, the sleeveless dress boasts a circular neckline, a concealed zip to the reverse and an all-over textural netting design.
Reiss £245 £195

  • Reiss pleated print maxi dress. Winnie in green, black and white is a scoop neck sleeveless dress. This stylish maxi has an all-over leaf print, a fitted pleat bodice which nips at the waist and flares to a long pleated skirt. It has panel and cut-out detail to the back, where it fastens with a concealed zip.
Reiss £195 - £95

Reiss snake print jumpsuit. Exotic motifs reign supreme this season, so opt for our fluid Florence Print jumpsuit to get ahead of the trend. Featuring turned-up short sleeves, a deep V-neck and two side pockets, this standout style is a desk-to-dinner essential and if you accessorise it well

self-portrait £245 at Selfridges

Crafted from a unique translucent sequinned fabric, this white reflections jacquard midi dress from London-based Self-Portraithas an unlined bodice to showcase the intricate geometric details. Featuring a flared midi skirt in textured jacquard, the dress is perfect for both day and evening.

Max Mara £275 at Matches Faashion
This is a classic wedding dress and its neutral colour is perfect for any wedding, especially

a morning/early afternoon one.

For the evening, accessorize with gold and sparkles.

I love the precious fabric with contrasting ton sur tone pattern.

If I could do it all again

Inspired by Patrizia's summer pick, I've imagined wha I would go for if I could do it all again...
Well you know what? It's not easy!
I love the idea of pink, purple, gold and green... What would I go for?
In the end, while falling for this super romantic dress by Le Spose di Giò, I went for pink with a touch of gold... for a super romantic, yet sophisticated style! Did I pick well?

Flower Trend - Magnolia Bouquet

Ode to the quintessence of spring: magnolia.
I love this idea, just one single giant, delicate, white magnolia flower as a bouquet.
It's sheer nature, nothing more and nothing else. A little magnolia branch with shiny dark green leaves and just one, huge white flower.
It's so delicate, I love it!
